I'm not sure of the level of interest in this topic, but what the hell....

Watched the Panthers and Bruins last night šŸ¤¬ and watching the Rangers and Canes tonight. I am always amazed by the increased level of play from the regular season. These guys are incredible athletes.

I've read that the hit totals by almost all teams in the playoffs this year has been at least double and some close to triple the hits of a regular season game...............I love it..............hope the Blues make the playoffs next year.........Drew Bannister signed a 2 year contract to continue being the Blues coach....................................

I actually love playoff hockey more than the men's NCAA. but just slightly.

Can't wait for the Hawks to be back in with a good team.

The nastiness / gamesmanship of playing a team up to seven games in row is unbelievable. And if you win, you get to do it again.

The physical exersion it takes to play top-level hockey taxes human limits. Maybe 45 seconds or a minute to a shift in hockey due to the speed and physicality of play before you have to get off the ice. And you keep doing this game aftert game... with playoff intensity amping everything up to a higher level.

And playoff games that go into overtime? There is nothing more intense in sports.
