Big Games, weekend of 1/16-1/18

#1
We're about 1/3 through the season and everything is still possible.
Here are the B1G games, along with a couple of other interesting games that make it a great weekend for anyone who loves CBB. Feel free to add.

Saturday
WV at Okla, 3:00 CT ESPN2
Iowa St. at KSU, 3:00 ESPNU
OSU at Maryland, 11:00 ESPN2
IU at Minny 11:30 BTN
Neb at UI of course
PSU at Nrthwst, 7:30 ESPNU

Sunday
MSU at Wiscy 12:30 CBS
Mich at Iowa 3:30 BTN

There is also Purdue at Rutgers on Monday, but I doubt that is worth noticing.

I'm a fan of Oklahoma, Iowa St., Maryland, Minny, UI (duh), and PSU on Saturday. Then no one and no one on Sunday.

Purdue beats Rutgers 107-57. Interesting note on that game: Purdue bench outscores Rutgers bench 57-6! If they had played the game without allowing substitutions, Rutgers would have won by a point.

Man, what a game! Okla hits 17 3-pointer and lose. Iowa state put up one hell of a fight. Jamall McKay can really get rebounds. I always wished that Black could turn into a McKay type player. That was one of the best games I've watched this season.

ESPN games tonight were great. Duke/Syracuse was a very enteraining lead-in to an awesome Oklahoma/ISU game.
