College Football Playoff to expand to 12 teams

The Big 12 is a distant 3rd place with 14. </p><p></p><p>If you factor in Oklahoma’s 6 hypothetical appearances and USC’s 2, the B1G and SEC rankings flip to 25 to 28, but I think the point holds.
