The matchups I see there that I like are USC vs Utah or TCU vs K.State. I will watch those. Georgia and Michigan should destroy their opponents. Don't care about Clemson and North Carolina.

So we root for Utah to insure the big ten gets two into the playoff and we get a better bowl. Other than that, meh.
Don't think it matters. B1G should get three teams in NY6 regardless of what happens Friday and Saturday. Since, I don't like USC, I am going to root for Utah, not because of bowl placement.

Conference Championship weekend begins tonight with the Conference USA (North Texas at UTSA, 6:30 PM CT, CBS Sports Network) and Pac-12 Conference (#11 Utah vs. #4 USC in Las Vegas, 7:00 PM CT, FOX) Championship Games.

Who thinks that the PAC-12 will make sure that USC wins so that they get a team into the CFP? Or is that only a BIG10 thing?

If Purdue wins tomorrow, there’s more chaos.
If Purdue wins tomorrow the only team screwed is PSU. If Purdue wins, Michigan and Ohio State are still in the CFP. Purdue then goes to the Rose Bowl and PSU is going to the Citrus.

TCU and Michigan are both locks for the CFP with Georgia, even if they lose tomorrow. Only USC's spot is up for grabs.

No they aren’t. If that were to happen, the NY6 isn’t going to leave out a 10-2 PSU team vs a 9-4 Purdue team. Especially when PSU beat Purdue in the season. PSU probably goes to the Cotton or the Orange, Purdue to the Rose, Ohio State and Michigan in the CFP and we go to the Citrus or the ReliaQuest.

Penn State is 10-2 buy haven't beaten anyone worth mentioning. An argument can be made for them, especially with their fan support. There are 3 teams or so that probably deserve a shot in the Orange Bowl over Penn State.

Your probably right. It’s going to be Tennessee vs Clemson in the Orange Bowl now.
