I'm not embarrassed, but I was sad when I heard about it a little while back. It's truly weird that 1%ers would feel compelled to beat on each other's skulls for any reason.

it saddens me that chris paul is still playing and deron is doing this. Deron was a better player at their peaks... ill fight anyone who disagrees... unfortunately deron may be remembered as a joke compared to chris. Also i hate chris paul but admit he is good

Why does this sadden you? Genuinely trying to understand. Chris Paul isn't being forced to play ball nor is he struggling financially. The guy loves the game. And Deron is an avid boxer who wanted to try himself in a real ring. Good for them. People should get to live their dreams

I believe Deron had ankle problems that eventually ended his career? It’s good he’s found other avenues to compete. He’s a good golfer, too. Personally, I find MMA barbaric.

Dwill has a fighter at point guard. It is his mentality and it isn't a bad thing. I'm happy for him.

Would have also helped if he and Jerry Sloan had worked together a little longer. Sloan really knew how to utilize Deron. Wish Jerry were still with us. I'm a southern Illinois guy with family from McCleansboro. We miss Coach Sloan.
