Indeed. Very cool. A legendary game that helped to really change the landscape of sports, especially basketball.

(BTW, HILARIOUS name for a website :D)

I'm still upset Utah didn't beat Texas Western in the semifinals. Utah lost by seven points, just as Kentucky did in the final, and was without a senior star who was their second-leading scorer and second-leading rebounder and broke his leg right before the NCAA tourney. Utah then went on to lose by two points to Duke in the third-place game.

There were a lot of stars in that Final Four. Kentucky had three All-Americans, including Pat Riley. Bobby Jo Hill and David Lattin from Texas Western. Jack Marin of Duke.

But the tournament MOP was Jerry Chambers of Utah, which lost both games. Chambers scored 38 against Texas Western and 32 against Duke.

What an unusual thing to be upset about.

Dude, they would have just lost to Kentucky then.
