In my opinion, absolutely. Pinton doesn't seem to have much of a leg based on his kickoffs and the distance on his FGs, so what I'd probably do is let Pinton kick any FG out there under 40yds and then let Griffin do the rest as he seems to have a bit more power. So I wouldn't call it a controversy, just a further designation of responsibilities. And really, Pinton earned being the go-to-guy for short FGs. Accurate and nerves of steel.
