I really don’t want to root for Duke, but the Houston player doing that “too small” crap is really annoying…they need to start T’ing that junk
I remember last season Dainja did one of those and a ref immediately warned him to knock it off

Hope he's ok, but it looked like he planted funny because he was trying to jump into the defender
Just showed him wheeling out of the locker room on a scooter with no shoe/sock on...not promising

I see Edey has employed Sean May's personal refs again.
Gif saved. Sentiment not. I've always been the kind of fan that feels the postseason success for individual teams is good for the conference as a whole.
The above is why I want to see Purdue out as soon as possible. Edey is our personal kryptonite and we don’t match up well with him and the Boilers. Then add the confounding calls and no calls he gets just because the refs “don’t know how to call him.”

Now, if we get knocked out before the title game, go Purdue. But as long as we’re alive I want them out!

interesting - was a few years older than me so I didnt get to play against him but I remember him for sure (Keon Clark, Tyrone Nesby, John Cliff, too). Thanks for that info!
And Mike Mennenga from Rantoul has been Assistant Coach at Oregon for quite awhile as well.

I hate it when Duke gets breaks like that. All their Burger Boys, favorable officiating, and the best team in their region has key player injured. Can we get some of that luck!

Duke is very beatable. Edey is too big. Even Kofi could not stop him.

Houston has a very short bench. I’m good with either team winning, despite my dislike for both teams. If we can get by UCONN, I don’t think either one will be the team we end up playing in the final 😉

Playing the role of underachieving conference for this year's tournament will be the Big 12, who features zero Elite Eight teams despite having the most teams in the tournament with 8, including a 1 seed, 2 seed, 3 seed, 4 seed, 5 seed that got a 6 seed, 6 seed, 7 seed, and 9 seed.

Only Texas played to their seed, the others all underplayed their seed.
