That is one focused, ticked off UNC team. Those kids were nationally embarrassed. They were top 10 to start the year. They have a ton of talent, not sure what went wrong.
Right now, everyone is back to 0-0. They are going to be a tough out. I hope the SEC gets thrashed with all of the rear kissing. Sorry, but 13/14 teams don't belong. UNC can send one packing.

I think SDSU was the team that had zero business being in the tourney
LOL to literally lose by 40 points in a NCAA tournament game vs a 11 seed. Would've liked to get SDSU that's for sure.

I saw somewhere that a play-in winner has made it past the First Round in every year but one since the field expanded … here’s to hoping it’s UNC this year and not Xavier or Texas!
Spero Dedes does NFL games for CBS and college basketball games as well for CBS/Turner Sports. I agree that he has certain annoying qualities about him as an announcer similar to Kevin Kugler who I kind of get annoyed with on BTN/Fox Sports. I think Kevin Harlan and Ian Eagle are the upper echelon for both NFL and NCAA Basketball play by play announcers
Remember when Jay Bilas went on a rant about how VCU didn't belong in the field as an at large 11 seed and then they went to the final four.
Honestly think that VCU team would have won the championship and beat UConn if they managed to get by Butler.
Sometimes those play in games help teams get hot though. Remember UCLA and a couple other teams making runs out of the play in game.

Whoever will play worse on Friday. Texas has the higher likelihood of playing poorly it seems, however if they're playing well they also probably have the greater ability to absolutely blitz us if we have a slow or nervous start. Whoever wins it let's just hope they're spent on Friday and give us some time to get used to tourney play and get some confidence
