It's a shame that Jean Driscoll isn't in this Hall of Fame and never will be. She is arguably the most highly acclaimed athlete to ever attend the university but she does not meet one of the requirements set forth for this honor. She never lettered in a sport recognized by the university.

Yup, we really should be honoring our distinguished wheelchair athletes. Off the top of my head, Olympic gold medalists Josh George and the GOAT Tatyana McFadden are incredibly deserving.

Wow! Looks like Holtzman showed up, based upon that photo. My HS baseball coach played ball with him at U of I.

It was great seeing Mendenhall and Trudeau together during their intro during the football game. I didn't realize Jack had suffered some strokes a couple of years ago--he definitely showed that he's had some struggles, but it was heartwarming to see Mendenhall helping him get back to his golf cart. 2 of the greats!!!
