Last year the Gavitt Games was announced on June 24th.

Last year the Braggin' Rights date was announced (along with the entire non-conference schedule) on August 9th.

The full schedule typically gets released in August or early September.

Question for those more in tune with Stats like this...

How often does a point guard lead a power 6 team in scoring?
It seems like point guards dominate the lower level leagues but when it comes to high majors, it's the forwards and bigger guys leading the way.

I'm very excited about Skyy Clark and just wonder what his ceiling is in a system like brad will run. 10ppg or 15ppg?
I know it's a really tough question but would love some people's opinion.

I don’t have that statistic, but it happens at the level above us (NBA) and as you said the level below us. So I’d guess it happens at this level.

FWIW I want PGs that can light it up. Opponent needs to respect all five of our guys. And I think BU has same view. Skyy and Epps are that type of PG.

Maybe it's more of a B1G thing.
I wouldn't doubt Clark leading this team in Brad's system with 13ppg.

If Skyy Clark averages only 10 points a game I will be highly disappointed!!! And please don't bring up Ayo's frosh stats because as I stated before Ayo is not as gifted as Skyy,this young man is special

Nijel Pack (KSU) and JD Notae (Ark) come to mind, but PGs leading their teams in scoring is fairly rare. And freshman PGs? Those are unicorns. I don’t think that even D. Rose led Memphis in scoring his one year. Trae Young and John Wall are the more notable frosh PGs to lead their teams in scoring that I can remember from recent years.

While I think PGs can definitely lead a team in scoring, I probably wouldn’t expect it from a FR, especially one that may not be 100% healthy yet.

I think TSJ or possibly RJ will be our leading scorer. I do expect Skyy to average in double figures.
