Kofi with the start tonight!
That is about all he has done. But its early.Kofi gets an active ball steal on Holmgren
2 rebounds and a steal in 《3min...ok ho humThat is about all he has done. But its early.
ESPNIs this on TV anywhere?
Yup, Holmgren was tearing him apart.Best thing so far for Kofi in this game is Tacko Fall hasn't been any good
Once teams realize how to play him, I think he will fade to average...I get the "unicorn" but he will get rough ed as a rookie..and NBA no calls will come into play. He will thrive in summer league thoughHolmgren at 7’1 so far played much bigger than Fall at 7’6.
Chet??I know its just summer league but it's crazy to me a team passed on Chet.
Holmgren...not FrazierChet??
Have to agree. It just looks like there's no place for a player like him. Feeding the post is the last thing that they're looking to do.One half of the first summer league game does not a season make but Kofi has been nondescript
But if casual fans watch about every other encounter between chet and Kofi, they probably guess correctly
If you asked a casual basketball fan which was a top 2 pick and which was an undrafted free agent, I doubt many would pick correctly.
Not many of chet's points were over Kofi. But,...Chet is an impressive player. He was hot...but had 3 fouls in 23 min. OKC was the much better summer league "team" and better coached. But if casual fans watch about every other encounter between chet and Kofi, they probably guess correctly

That was my takeaway, he looked incredibly tentativeKofi needs to be more aggressive and play with some edge. He will make a living dunking, rebounding. Don’t play soft!
Until his post dribbling gets better he can't fully utilize this power. He's like a mack truck with a wobbly wheel. Once he gets comfortably handling the ball then he can leverage his l power more effectively. Then also be able to pass out of the double team with more ease. That was my takeaway, he looked incredibly tentative
Ask Scottie if Reinsdorf ever reworks contractsGlad to hear about the Bulls' various moves to attempt to improve the team that's, of course, involving lots of money to make that happen. Here's hoping Ayo's good play last year will be an impetus for the front office to rework his contract, as well, to add more cash in his pocket. He's earned it.
