Terry is a project with tons of potential that can guard 1-3. Couple years away. But NBA is about versatility this days, less positionless. So it's not necessarily Ayo he's replacing. Could be Ball if he stays injured, Derozan if he moves on, Coby White. Who knows. Like Jimmy Butler early on, at least he will be energy and defense off the bench until hopefully his offensive game develops more.
Thanks for all the answers. Sounds like a defense, energy guy, project guard, which probably makes sense for Bulls. My question about Terry has nothing to do with Ayo. I agree the fact that Ayo is not playing Summer league tells me everything. He has proved himself. It's just finally Bulls are back on my radar since MJ's retirement due to Ayo that I have more Bulls related questions these days.

For those with nothing better to do, and really IS there anything better(r?), you can follow Kofi in the summer league twice this week on ESPN2. 6 PM CST/7 PM EST on Wednesday and 4 PM CST/5 PM EST on Friday. Now that Gobert is out of the way he has at least a better shot of snagging a roster spot.

This page says Monday too.

So there's a chance Kofi's coming back?!

I went to the summer league link on NBA.com to find Kofi, and I figured the easiest way was to sort the 362 players on rebounds.

Guess who's currently #1
King Kofi
Unfortunately summer league stats aren't kept very well, this only includes his first game.
Edit: Ok it turns out the summer league is a bit confusing, there are 3 legs, first was in California, next Utah, and now finally in Vegas. This list if from his first game in the Vegas leg.

A lot is said about Kofi's age, and maybe this is more of an indictment of the Jazz, but he's 4th youngest and only a year and a half older than the youngest guy on their summer league roster.

Anyone know why Kofi hasn’t gotten in to tonight’s game?

It looks like the Jazz rested most of the players tonight who have been getting the most Summer League minutes so far. I wouldn't read anything into it. I still think Caboclo is going to snag Kofi's potential roster spot, unfortunately.

Kofi-palooza turned into Tacko Tuesday one day early. It's way too early to say whether Kofi makes the roster (in training camp). But, realistically, snagging a two-way contract may be his best outcome. Currently worth $508,891.

Yeah, I don't really think undrafted free agents ever get full time roster spots right away anymore (some earn them during the season) so you're right about the 2-way contract. Jazz only have one to give because they signed Juzang to a 2-way deal already. Also of note, one of the Jazz 2-way players from last season is on their summer league roster and is likely also in contention for to get that spot back (Xavier Sneed). I guess the good news is that I do not think there would be anything stopping another team from offering him a 2-way deal after summer league if the Jazz don't, though I don't know how common that is.

EJ Liddell goes down with a knee injury last night and getting an MRI today. Looked ACL-ish type injury but I hope it’s just a sprain and he’s not out too long.
Glad that the Bulls decided to keep Ayo out of the summer league. Magic appear to have shut down summer league Paulo too....

LOL, it must be Bruno Time. On ESPN, back on Draft Night 2014, former coach and commentator Fran Fraschilla hilariously stated that he believes Bruno Caboclo, picked at #20, is "2 Years Away from Being 2 Years Away." Go Kofi.
