Seems to me, if Illinois loses to Iowa on Sunday and everything works out the way I would think otherwise, Iowa wouldn't be on the 7/10 line.
So I have done the math, *hopefully correctly* I believe there are now only 3 possibilities left for who we could face as the 7 seed in the BTT after accounting for all tiebreaks. These teams are:

Will get the 7 seed if:
MSU:
-MSU wins AND Iowa wins

Iowa:
-Iowa loses (regardless of MSU vs. IND outcome)

Indiana:
-Indiana wins AND Iowa wins

Wisconsin, Nebraska, Northwestern, and Minnesota can all get to the 11-9 or 10-10 record that rhe 7 seed will have, however due to tiebreaks, none of these teams can finish 7th.

So, if we beat Iowa, we get Iowa so long as they beat the 10 seed. If we lose to Iowa, we get MSU or Ind so long as they beat the 10 seed. I'd ask who do we want, but seeing that the only way we don't face Iowa is by losing to them, let's hope to face them twice

Program from the first game held in the Assembly Hall, 1963. Illinois vs Northwestern
If traveling to Iowa this weekend please disregard The Illinois Code of Sportsmanship found below :) :)

Anyone remember Bidwells, Katsinas, or Uncle Johns.

All the remaining scenarios are here:

7 seeds can be Iowa, MSU or Indiana. 10 seeds can be Indiana, Minnesota, Penn State or Ohio State.

According to the weighted possibilities, we're most likely to be up against either Iowa (7) or Ohio State (10) but that fully depends on this weekend's outcomes.

Sooooo what I said, lol... Well good to know my math still checks out and I did indeed get it correct. I don't know who this Matt Hackman is but he's coming for my job, man.

I'm a bit confused. If we play Iowa at 6:00 pm, wouldn't that be after the Sunday Selection show is over? Help please.
