I kinda get the feeling he is more talking changing players at a given position, not moving players from one position to another.

BB sounds like BU during his first/second year. He realizes we have gaps and the changes are going to be that players transfer out. I think you will see many immediate players elgible with 1-2 years come in from programs much better than ours.

I don't think the job is worse than Bret thought, I think he thought he would get more out of his super seniors. Let's be real there was a reason Lovie got fired. I feel for those kids. I especially feel for Peters and his decline from 2019 to 2021 will be one of the hardest Illini careers for me to understand and get over. He showed legitimate flashes in 2019.
Cooper was a huge recruit, haven’t heard anything about him since. Is he even playing? Also, give me anybody else at QB against Penn State
