Pretty sure that B1G has no contractual agreement with Disney (unless i am mistaken). Only possibilities moving forward, I think, are CBS, NBC/Peacock, Fox/FS1, and Big Ten Network.
I believe SEC has agreement for ABC.

Kent State is really bad, they were absolute nip and tuck til the very end vs Bowling Green, and UWV is not good. They really haven't had a convincing win yet from the standpoint of quality of opponent and performance.

After tonight's win, I'd say there's a pretty strong chance we are the B1G Saturday night game on NBC at 6:30. The only other games next Saturday that have confirmed start times are Nebby/Purdue and Maryland/IU both of which are 11:00 AM kicks, with Maryland/IU on BTN. Other than that, I don't really see a chance for another ranked vs. ranked matchup as the other B1G games next Saturday are OSU/Sparty, Oregon/UCLA, Wisky/USC, and Minny/Michigan.
Correct. SEC games only appear on one of the ESPN family of networks at this point.
