So you're saying there's a chance?

There's an alternate universe where he wasnt thrown behind a OL patchier than the top of my balding head as a freshman where his career takes a very different path at Rutgers.Art pretty much did what we asked him to do.
He represented himself well.
He had a specific role and he filled it. He and his family should be proud.
Sounds like you both needed the right BosleyThere's an alternate universe where he wasnt thrown behind a OL patchier than the top of my balding head as a freshman where his career takes a very different path at Rutgers.
I don't think he ever really recovered from that.
I don't blame him. Football, lacrosse, four square, math team. If it's a full contact sport I want him on my team.I see he is still trying to steal Sencire Harris
The greatest lacrosse player ever was clearly Ryder Bohlander, the allure of the stick and ball lured away what could have been an Illini great. Just like that guy who decided he'd rather be a fireman than play college football.
If I-294 is any indication, whatever Brian Urlacher used seems to work.Sounds like you both needed the right Bosley
Jim Brown. I understand he was a better LAX player than football player. The greatest lacrosse player ever was clearly Ryder Bohlander, the allure of the stick and ball lured away what could have been an Illini great. I am guilty myself of taking threads off on tangents, so mea culpa there. Nonetheless I am chuckling that the person actually posting recruiting news in the recruiting thread is the one starting off with an apology!I apologize if this has already been posted.

So...we get Paddock for only one year?If Paddock winds up as the backup, that’s surely an upgrade from Art.
Yup, just buying time to allow Leary/Swanson to develop into the backup role and then have one of them take over in 2025-26So...we get Paddock for only one year?
Enjoys a good sparkling water now and again too...
There was some discussion back when he committed in early Dec.Has anyone mentioned Nicario Harper DB out of the portal? 6th year player from multiple schools?
Interesting story, I interviewed with his dad in November. He was telling me during the interview about his son who had a visit scheduled with BB. As it turns out, the family is neighbors with BB.Tyler McClure, pwo from Champaign, interesting story. Midyear admit from juco where he played baseball. In fact, he's been exclusively baseball since his freshman year of high school. Dad played baseball at Illinois in 90s and then several years in the minors. Last stop in AAA with the Mud Hens. Mom Kelly Scherr played volleyball at Illinois at the same time. Sister has committed to play volleyball for Ohio State next year.
