Little recruiting update for you guys:

AJ Casey - Numerous reasons as to why, but unless things change I don’t think he’s a take and staff is likely heading in a different direction.

Cam Whitmore - Kid is an absolute stud. Chester is all over him. We’re getting an OV, and I believe he ultimately winds up coming here. Lot of time left but staff loves where they sit and Chester is not afraid to go up against the blue bloods with Illinois boosters behind him. Brad is pushing hard on this one. He’s extremely, extremely involved with Cam.

Kam Craft - We didn’t get in early enough. Steele & Xavier were full court press from the moment they offered the kid and he looks like an absolute stud.
When is the OV for Whitmore?

Man I’m digging what you’re saying about Whitmore. Frazier was a huge hire.

Saw Braden Huff has a Wisconsin crystal ball. Any update on our status with him? Is that just a wishful Wisconsin writer seeing the world through Badger-colored glasses?

Do we have enough schollies to do just that? Just curious

Staff is planning on Kofi, Curbelo, and Grandison all to be gone. Along with Plummer due to graduation.

Always have to plan on at least one transfer as well. There will be plenty of rides to go around and trust me, the staff will not turn down Whitmore or Corhen if they want to come aboard. They will make room LOL.

Every year players leave at every program. This has been the case for years and is even more so now.

My guess is we have at least 5 rides to give for the '22 class.

But can’t you only oversign by one before they’re gone? Or is that rule long gone?

So expecting 4 players with eligibility to leave? We only have one scholarship player (excluding TF and DW) that is in their final year of eligibility, so you are thinking at least 4 leave early? I’m not disagreeing, I just think that may be a tad ambitious. Certainly can’t hurt to go for it, as I’m sure 3 transfers could certainly happen, just saying I think we end up at 4. 4.5 would probably be the over under. Could be 5 definitely. Could be 4. Less than 4 seems unlikely given the rate of transferring
