Carter was a beast at WVU for Huggy. He basically was the living embodiment of his system. Pure grit and toughness.

Curious about this too.
But i'll note - social media follows don't tell you anything -especially after a visit. You just met people so it's not insane to start following them on social media. But behavior like following a bunch of people from 1 team and none on the other can give you hints. You just have to take it all with a grain of salt.

He only follows one player on the unc roster, Kerwin Walton, and he was following him before he even took the unc visit…(this is on Instagram)
If I’ve learned anything from recruiting, if your school isn’t the last visit — don’t get your hopes up.

Well he doesn't appear to be on any of the main recruiting sites, so that means he is either fairly unremarkable (in a D1 sense) or else flying below the radar.
