Nobody on this board. I think Lieb is ahead of him for PT.

Never should have left West Lafayette. He was a loooooooooooong shot for even the G League before the two transfers and now opt out. Created his own red flags... or his “whisperers” did.
Yeah, the dude declared for the draft after a mediocre freshman year. Then, if memory serves, he declined or stayed the same every year. Wonder what is going through his head.

His shot is a thing of beauty and he’s super athletic, I’m in! In that interview he said he talks to Coach O daily, so I’m guessing he really likes him as well. Is he related to Chris Duarte? If he’s anything like Chris, I’m all in.
According to this article, they are cousins:

Another program that has been reaching out has been Oregon, Duarte told 247Sports and the rising junior has a connection to the program.

“My cousin is there [Chris Duarte] so I have been talking with them too,” he said. “He wants me to go there because of the family relationship but it’s a hard moment in my basketball career making a college decision.”

He also had this to say about Antigua (although I guess the quote is a bit dated as it appears he has been hearing from Illinois):

“The assistant coach [Orlando Antigua] is Dominican and I knew him before I came to this country,” Duarte said of why he’d like to hear from Illinois.

We’re involved. Heavily. . .

Those clamoring for a dominant big-man to replace Kofi when he leaves might not have to wait long ☝🏼 ✨💫 🤞🏽
I really doubt this. I don't think there's anyway BU gets involved with a guy with known work ethic issues, let alone from his mentor. So much so where he walked out on his team in the middle of the season when the team has been successful. BU has known Huggins since BU was coaching JUCO, I'd say that BU knows the issues well if he reached out to see if he should be interested or not. I'd put my money on Miami like @Homecoming 2019 said or maybe UK.

With the transfer rumors out there, I thought we had a full roster. Wouldn't that make it impossible to add a guy now? I mean like in January. We'd obviously have openings for next year, but wouldn't there have to be an available scholarship right now to accept a transfer immediately?

You can doubt all you want, but a proverbial door is opening up that will allow this to take place THIS UPCOMING SEMESTER...

So before you guys get all excited and say I’m making predictions and what not, I’m just letting you know that if some shifting takes place, or he announces for us... some shifting WILL take place with no foul play involved, which has made us a real player here!

Oscar liked us from the jump, the question is will those around him let him come here instead of Miami or an Adidas school?

Not likely, but I’m telling you guys we are heavily involved and are serious players in this thing 💯‼️

I'm guessing this would be something along the lines of moving Hutcherson to a non-roster scholarship due to his injury causing him to miss the entire season (and really the entire school year as I believe he's back in Cali now). Wonder what the grey area is in that, like is he allowed to remain on scholarship, but off the roster for this semester, and then return to the roster next year?

Only thing I can think of, is Hutch going on medical scholarship. I think that would mean he no longer could play at Illinois. But possible to play at another school. Not sure though.

Not allowed to return to play for THIS program, if that ever ended up being the case. . .
