Really curious what the retention rate is gonna look like on Goode, Melendez, and Podziemski after this year assuming they all make it to campus. From what I understand each of them is a shooting wing. It's tough to have too many shooters, but the playing time division given overlapping skillsets will be interesting, especially with each of their lead recruiters gone.
Great take.....
What team would want three four star wings that are only 6’ 6” and can fill it up? Makes no sense.

There is no denying that we have put an emphasis on adding athletes and length.

Going off that clip, Mitchell has the intangibles to be a solid defensive slasher. Would be a nice pickup if he is a top tier target for us.

Jumper is TBD, but the spring and summer evaluation periods will provide an answer for that.

Fast twitch, to be sure. Think that's an attribute one largely gets gifted.

Yup, used to coach sprinters in T&F. You can improve on what you got to a certain degree, but you're either born with fast-twitch or you're not.

As a slow starting sprinter I agree. My speed should have won 100s and instead I was stuck competing in 200 and 400m.

Agree but what’s up with Bryant showing up recently? Need to call on Google I guess.
I seem to remember when they hired their new coach he sent out like HUNDREDS of offers right away and it was highly publicized. Seems like they’re sticking to it
