Brads always liked Ivisic. OA helps with that recruitment even though he wasn’t the main recruiter for his brother.

Interesting that OA going back to Kentucky for a couple of years ends up helping us out in the end.

I would think it depends on who else cometh thru the portal. At any rate, starting lineup is one thing; playing starters' minutes is quite another.

Please Lord, please bring us at least one of the two Europeans. Is that too much to ask?

Totally overpaid...he was pretty much a non factor when we played against him
My read is a little different. The man is a warrior, the only scoring option on a horrific Rutgers team. I watched him a lot this year, and if it were not for him Rutgers might not have won a game this year. At times, he was the only player that could put the biscuit in the basket.

Just find a way to get Egor and/or Tomislov and we would be nearly unbeatable. If we had Egor, Tre, and Davis as important wings, it would be awfully hard for Ty to get starters' minutes. And we keep forgetting DGL; he's very talented (and a scoring threat) and should get minutes.

odd to have a budget?

I think paying one player too much could impact overall team chemistry and diminish returns. It’s unlikely you find that one guy to bring you a championship, clearly in my opinion.

Neither Purdue nor UConn seemed to have better players than us outside of the interior rim protector.
UCONN had 5 players invited to NBA workouts. We had 2. They were loaded and did have guys that were on another level. I agree with you on Purdue.
