I thought so too when it was live. Ref was looking right at his foot. Maybe his heel never touched the floor and that's what saved him. Very close call.

I have it on DVR and watched it a few times. They had a replay where the camera angle is very good as it is down the baseline.

He was very close to the end-line but it didn't appear to me that he touched it.

Foul called on Cowan. I believe goaltending was called by one official, but he changed his mind or was overruled. Went to TV timeout right after the foul. Viewers told coming back from the TV timeout that goaltending was not reviewable on replay.

That's laughably bad...how could you overturn that? It was glaringly obvious that the ball hit the backboard first
