Took a quick ride through the past on KP and that's a no. 2013 was the closest with 8 teams.

What stands out to me is that Illinois is #3 even though they never played....Illinois. This means we easily had the toughest schedule while virtually all of the top teams had much easier ones (except maybe tOSU).
