Everybody loves the derby there is always something special about betting and watching the race. Even a $1 ticket gives one hope or that sinking feeling one just donated to the cause.
Either way it is fun.
This year I see this as a 3 stage race. Speed-Stalkers and other. Post position is critical. Did you know that in the History of the Derby # 17 post position has never won (Mor Spirit at 12-1 is in this position)
Nyquist can be beat although post position could favor this horse.
Keep you eye on # 11 Exaggerator to place in the top 3. He goes off at 8-1.
Last year a $1 bet in the SuperFecta I lost but it paid $650. You must pick all four spots in correct order.
My picks: # 3 Nyquist-# 5 GunRunner- # 3 Creator- # 11 Exaggerator.
