but you need to get back in the game at some point, and after what happened here, he was not going to get any school in FBS or FCS to hire him until he is able to prove himself all over again.

Its crazy that the one thing he was hired for more than anything else, hiring coaches, he failed miserably at. He did straighten out our football schedule, but beyond that, not a whole lot to look back favorably about .

He did a pretty good job with facility improvements (SFC & Huff Improvements, among others). But yeah, not much to point to as far as major sport success.

He better be prepared the next time tOSU has NCAA problems, cause Cleveland State will get hammered.

Remember when we were fresh off Groce's first season, and he was looking good on the recruiting trail, and the women's bball team was looking good under Bollant, and Mike was doing radio shows in chicago and stl....

.... and we were all on this board saying things like, "man, this ad gets it!" and, "hey, 2 out of his 3 major hires look to be home runs! FU Ron Guenther!"

Man, those were the days...
