Missouri sanctions

"The investigation uncovered major rules violations, most notably donors providing impermissible benefits to many players and at least one prospect. In response, Missouri vacated all 23 wins from the 2013-14 season, stripped itself of two scholarships and self-imposed a postseason ban, meaning they will not compete in the 2016 SEC tournament or NCAA tournament."

Well it's a good year for them to vacate any offseason.

Also, some of the violations are incredibly stupid.

Haith was dirty at Miami and MU still hired him. Don't feel sorry.

Those are Missouri's self-imposed sanctions, right? NCAA could still do more. Post season ban means little to Missouri this year. Not much of a punishment.

Seems like they're trying to get ahead of it, so it wouldn't surprise me if there isn't too much more to tell that they put it to bed with the self-imposed sanctions.

That said, NCAA is like honey badger --it do what it wants.

The NCAA could do more. Also, MO has no jurisdiction over Haith so can't do anything to him at this point. I wouldn't be surprised if the NCAA came down on him.
