The next I watched an interview of Anthony Davis. In that interview he told his teammates he wanted the MVP. And guess what he's the MVP. The NBA All-Star game is an unwatchable joke, as is the rest of the season. And just as Roger Goodell has with the NFL, so has Adam Silver done to the NBA. Drive away viewers, alienate the fans.

Just a hunch but I'm guessing you're not a younger person (if you are then I apologize). The All-Star game and everything that went along with it Sunday night was more for the younger fans.

And if you look back, the All-Star games have never really been defensive struggles. If anything, the increase in 3-point shooting over the past few years is probably the biggest change.
