The periods we’ve had recruiting success have been when we’ve made in roads in other recruiting hot beds- Locksley had D.C. - we’ve had some runs in FL, etc. If we can’t establish a recruiting foothold in a couple of areas that will be consistent - it’s hard to maintain success and then recruit more nationally.
