Also forgot to mention Bears have the following 3 preseason games:
-August 14th: vs. Miami
-August 21st: vs. Buffalo
-August 28th: at Tennessee

I hope enough miles for atleast one more run on the old fantasy squad.
He'll get more single coverage than he's gotten in years with A.J. Brown on the other side of the field. Ridley was good enough as a fantasy option last season but the value of him, Pitts, and Gage just went up in fantasy though Gage is probably a late round sleeper at this point.
I feel like this is for real. Mark it!

Yeah pretty much. Though that would be years before it happened with everything they have go through for it.
And something else to consider. There's only 4 cities with 4 major pro sports teams where all the teams play home games in their namesake city. Chicago, Denver, Detroit, and Philadelphia. Every other sports team with 4 major pro sports teams has at least one if not multiple teams playing outside the city limits.

I could foresee a scenario where Bears buy the land and then use it as part of a deal to sell the team (Bears are already 7th most valuable franchise in the NFL) to an owner with deeper pockets than the McCaskeys who would then use most of their own money to privately finance the construction of the new Arlington Heights stadium and all the necessary changes in and around the land to improve accessibility.

Good question. I’m not saying they will definitely be at SF until 2033. I’d guess at some point they could buy their way out of it. Of course they haven’t bought Arlington Park yet either, but certainly are trying.
I heard that it was mentioned on a Bears podcast or something that it was 8 mil a year, which doesn't seem like a lot for a sports franchise.
