We are 7th in the Big in total offense which is pretty solid. 13th in the nation in rush offense. For that explosive running attack we keep Corbin, Epstein, and Bonner. We only lose 1 offensive line that was in the upper half of the big (albeit a key piece in Allegretti) so we should once again be Top 25. AJ Bush accounted for a lot of yards, but I think Isaiah could replicate that and Rod Smith showed he's not afraid to run with Rivers either. If we get Jeff Thomas, and Marquez ends up at wide receiver then the QB would have 3 potential All Big team receivers. If we have any semblance of a defense next year then we could make it to 6-6, but the fact that or offense performed pretty good and we ended up 4-8 shows just how much they have to make up for the lack of defense. I hope for a bowl game next year, but need to see some more hope for the defense because we have no other big additions there as of now besides Milo and maybe Okpala depending on how ready he is. I hope that next year #WeWillWin might be a more relevant for Illinois football.
