Why does it seen like we run at max 4-5 different plays on offense?

1. Zone run
2. Counter off the Zone run
3. Weird fake speed option counter without ever running actual speed option
4. Post route to Barker or a slot receiver
5. Trt to pick up 3rd and a mile to Bhebe on a heave.

I celebrated like we scored a touchdown when we successfully ran a 10 yard bubble screen.

Last place in the conference in Year 5 means the Coach shouldn’t get a Year 6. Makes me sad, because Lovie seems to be a very decent man. But this is a results oriented business and he isn’t getting results.

Play calling is horrible. We won’t let Peters pass because we think we’re going to run it down their throats. Put Williams in and have him run obvious plays. When we got the early fumble the first play should have been a pass to the end zone to a streaking Bebe.

I think Lovie gets too much of a pass for being "nice guy" or a "good leader." Anyone who he's takes upwards of 15 million dollars from this university and shows absolutely no effort and complete indifference to our results is a scumbag. Period. What we saw over the past five years wasn't coaching it was a heist.

Loved the Lovie hire to begin with. Had all the patients in the world as Lovie brought his son aboard and then named himself defensive coach. But I am done with missed tackles, underthrown passes, receivers running through our secondary wide open. All the while Lovie can't recruit, and the team is in disarray. Let's clean house and start over again. Not sure where we turn but I can't do this anymore.

"Hope" is not a game plan, and IW is not the savoir. Unfortunately Lovie will be back and that's a shame. Covid ruined a lot of college teams seasons NW OSU IOWA Indiana Coastal Carolina , Buffalo, etc. Whitman will use the covid as an excuse to give Lovie one more year. Might be some good athletes on this team, but they don't have good football players. Number 5 on defense should keep his mouth shut too before a game especially with the season he had.
