We lost by 14 on the road at Penn State ans we didn't play well. This is a step forward.
Say what you want about how we got there, but we were driving the field within one score with five minutes left against 4-0 No. 9 in their building.
With defense this elite, I see no reason we shouldn’t or can’t win five of our remaining seven games. That’s a nine win season before the bowl and would be special, and maybe even program-changing. Still so much left to play for.

Get rested, get our wits back about us and get better in the off week. Don't let one loss turn into a really bad loss in the next one. No way we should lose to a team like Purdue this year. Hopefully good things ahead.

I really need an explanation for why Valentine got one touch. He’s been our best back this year in my opinion. Maybe can’t handle it 20 times per game, but he should get 7-8 touches minimum.
