I hope we just sit Kipper. We need him rested for Braggin' Rights and there's no sense in aggravating whatever happened to him.

Well, their schedule sure hasn't been much. The Lancers are 3-6, with wins over North Carolina Wesleyan, Bluefield State, and Fayetteville State. Saturday they were beaten at VMI (4-5) by 11 points. Saying that, I look for an Illini win, but by less than 28.5.

KenPom 343 out of 351. Their 3 wins were all against DII and DIII schools. This is essentially a scrimmage in front of a paying crowd, or an open-book test. I hope to see Underwood really working with the team on situations here, because other than GCU we're going up against much stiffer competition from here on out (and GCU won't be a pushover).

Interestingly, Longwood's first game this year was a 13 point loss to SFA. Average margin of loss to D1 opponents is 16.67, none of those opponents higher than KenPom 119 (UNC Greensboro).

Gotta agree here.

Hoping for complete & utter domination tonight.

Rebounds: IL - 39, UNLV - 34.

We had four missed free throws, they had fifteen missed. Take away the rebounds on those, and we got beat on the boards. Not as bad as we might have expected, but we got beat.

Miss Lippy drive a green car...if we hadn't missed any shots they would have had zero rebounds!!!

And how many of those 15 were on the front end of 2 shots?
