Malcolm was pretty honest in his post-game interview. He probably realized it before but I think he gets that he's in the last 1/2 of his senior year of his college career and he doesn't want to go out never having made an NCAA tournament. He said he would be more vocal and "express" himself more. I get where Malcolm is coming from, being shy and not the first one to speak up. That was me and still is me to a lesser extent but I'm glad he recognizes that he needs to speak up. It can be very difficult for someone who isn't used to doing that to all of a sudden start doing it but if his words don't resonate with the rest of the team, then there's no helping this team. If you can't follow Malcolm's example, then a lot of the players may not be mentally strong enough to handle it. The only guys I trust right now are Hill, Morgan, and TA even though he's in a slump because he's the only one on this team who's ever made a tournament. He knows what it takes to get there.
