[QUOTE="the national, post: 1526340, member: 8261"] I don't know if you directed that at me personally, but I think there is a good reason for concern based on the play of the team pre- and post-Ayo injury. We are a good team with some decent weapons. But we are also flawed and makes us susceptible to other solid teams in the big ten. Iowa killed us with the Zone. Others have double/triple teamed Kofi. When our defense is focused, we hustle more and earn our points and slow down the game. When we get lax on defense, other teams love to speed up the game and force us into bad shots. I think Underwood and the coaches get it - and Ayo gets it which is why he is so valuable to this team. With him off the floor, someone else needs to step up and be the leader. Feliz is a great weapon for attacking the basket but doesn't really set up the offense. Giorgi has been playing too fast all season, Frazer doesn't have anyone to help him create which is why he is shooting a lot of threes - he is settling. Alan is the guy I have the highest hopes for. He can be so dangerous with his shot and he hustles. As long as he keeps his emotions in check, he could mold into a great leader for this team. But that is a lot to ask from a guy in short order.
