It is annoying.... why can't things just work? It's as if Apple would come out with all new connectors for their iphone 7 or something, oh wait........

This belongs in the (non-existent) Hardware thread, but oh, well.

Apple made an enormous blunder here. How dare they rid their hardware of 19th century technology! Just like losing the 30 pin connector, the optical drive and the the floppy drive. Indefensible.

alright, here i am having used firefox for countless years as my browser and being very happy with it. Lately (like the past month) I've got this plugin-container.exe that i've searced dozens of times, and tried dozens of remedies to get from running continuously and sucking up my CPU usage. I am sick of dealing with it. Nothing has worked so far. I am at the point where I'm considering Chrome or other options.... Any insight?

I used to use Firefox religiously. Chrome is a million times better in my opinion.

The problem with Chrome is using it means The Borg (Google) tracks your each and every move. Some are fine with that.

There are plenty of other options out there. Opera, Safari, and Vivaldi, to name a few. I like Opera a lot, and Safari is decent if you want to be able to sync favorites across devices.
