The one thing that I'm surprised by in this is that it said they don't have the athletic staff sign this. Coming from a corporate culture, that seems a bit odd to me as generally you write up conduct and expectation guidelines for pretty much the sole purpose of having the employee sign or at the very least acknowledge receipt of (while having the "obey all code of conduct policies" as a term in the original contract) in an effort to try reducing company (school) liability for an individual's actions.

This all seems fairly standard from a due diligence perspective, so I wonder why they aren't having staff sign
