Jeff Brohm is the first Power 5 coach to go to back-to-back conference title games in consecutive years with different schools.
Jamey Chadwell became the first FBS coach to ever do it as of last week with Coastal Carolina last season and Liberty this season.

It amazes me that it is horrible weather in the OSU Wash game but their fans are decked out in orange.

Final Pac-12 home game for the Beavs. Their rivalry with the Ducks is at a different level but there is no love lost between OSU and the Huskies.

Horrible weather might have helped. They sell cheap, orange rain ponchos at the game for like $5.
EIU defeated Robert Morris 28-14 yesterday. Dominant performance by the Panthers D as the Colonials had 230 yards in total offense, most of which came in garbage time in the 4th quarter. RB M.J. Flowers had 179 yards rushing and a TD.
With the win, the Panthers conclude their regular season at 8-3 overall and 4-2 in the Big South-OVC Football Association. Most wins for the Panthers in a season since 2013. The FCS playoff selection show will air at 11:30 AM CT on ESPNU where they will find out if they make the playoff field. Among the state FCS schools, it appears that SIU will likely be the only one that will make the playoff field.

SIU to host Nicholls next Saturday in the 1st round of the FCS playoffs. Kickoff is set for 2:00 PM and the game will air on ESPN+. The winner of that game will play at Idaho in the 2nd round.

1. Have a chance to see them once a year on YouTube (Central Illinois Sports does games of a couple of neighboring teams, Sngamo conference mate Pittsfield and 1A State finalist Camp Point Central.
2. I seen that Wilmington team on YouTube yesterday, your guys are going to face a monster. They won a Double Wing but with no pre snap motion. My casual mind still baffled how that offense works and boy howdy it works.
It’s depressing that both Iowa and Missouri likely are going to reach 10 wins, Northwestern is at 6 … and we’re still scuffling for bowl eligibility.
