Penn State at Iowa should be a good football game. The Hawkeyes tend to protect their home turf pretty fiercely against top competition. Also low-key paying attention to Fichigan at Purdue as a litmus test for Purdue.

If Nebraska somehow loses to Rutgers we're going to have to send grief counselors to Omaha en masse.

Totally agree with this.
We are going to learn a lot about just how good Purdue and Iowa are and just how bad Nebraska is.
Should be some interesting watching this weekend.

It will be interesting to see how ND and MSU look. I'm not sure about either of them.

Woah, just asked Siri for Big Ten scores. Some I really didn't expect and those games are over but wow.

See, that's the one nice thing about being an illinois fan. We'll never be that close to an upset to have to go through that.

(well, aside from that game against Ohio State in 2002)

I was at that game. It seems like Illinois is the only school in the country that constantly loses big games when terrible calls go against them ... at home :(

Well, yeah, but we actually won that game. :thumb: (And, sadly, it wasn't at home. It would've been so much more epic in Champaign.)

I had season tickets that year and Illinois did beat Wisconsin at home. They were undefeated and ranked #5 in the country at the time.

Oddly enough, even though Illinois was unranked and Wisconsin had the longest winning streak in the country, Illinois was favored to win

I was at the Wiscy game that year, too. Great time and the stadium was rocking. I was at Murphy's for the Ohio State game. That was fun. šŸ˜

Wisconsin was Dad's Weekend, if I remember correctly. My pops pushed to go to the game. I remember asking why, thinking we'd be rough. He was confident from the jump though and he and I had a great time.
