Which of these games will be an upset?

I'd say Sparty going to Minneapolis could be trouble.

Next I'd say Northwestern could pull a surprise on Maryland. NU is usually good for one big upset a year, this could be it.

Northwestern is actually a 3 point favorite in that game, and Sparty only a 4 point favorite @ Minny. Hard to say either one would be a real upset.

Michigan only a TD favorite @IU, would be my upset pick, but I think Michigan probably covers late.

I think Purdue might keep it close @Wisky for a while but no way they pull out a W in Camp Randall.

Purdue v Wisky is intriguing. I'd say this could be the upset in the B1G this week.

So, Syracuse is up on Clemson with like a minute left...

I was always a fan of Dino Babers...but THANKFULLY our administration extended Cubit for the deal that never was. I really hope Lovie works out and works out big time but if he doesn't and Dino Babers succeeds at Cuse (just like we thought he would) I'll forever despise all those involved in the cubit "extension."

Edit, Cuse just won.

Also, lots of sarcasm in my post about the Cubit deal. Sometimes it's hard to tell in a post.

Final score in 2OT in Murray, KY: EIU 27 Murray State 24

EIU's kicking issues continued as their kicker missed 2 more FGs but ended up making one that counted in double OT. The Panthers blocked the Racers kick attempt to send the game into a third OT.

EIU keeps its streak of winning close games going as well as their 4 OVC wins have come by a total of 10 points (5 overall wins have been by a total of 12 points).

This win also sets up a huge matchup in Charleston for homecoming next weekend as the Panthers will be taking on Jacksonville State. Both the Panthers and Gamecocks are currently undefeated in OVC play (EIU is 4-0, Jacksonville State is 3-0). The Gamecocks are also a top 5 team in FCS.
