That was the most entertaining TD run I have seen this year by Loville running back Jordan and the rest of the offensive unit!.

Big mistake by Kansas scoring that td when they did. Oklahoma gave away the points to keep time and timeouts. Will see if it comes back to bite them.

With Northwestern's win, they are now 4-4. The way the schedule is shaking out, there is a pretty good chance that both Illini and Northwestern are 5-6 going into the final game of the year. Amazing to think that a bowl berth for both teams could be on the line.

They had a favorable schedule. UTEP Howard playing Minnesota at home. Got an upset against MD. Playing in the Big Ten West also helps

Got unlucky to play a good Duke team

Ok cross over of RU MD and PSU (similar to ours avoided playing scUM and O$U)

Overall a little easier schedule than ours but there is a viable path to a bowl if u win 2 non conference games and pull an upset in conference game

Leopold has the oldest one of the most experienced team in Div1. They made mention in our game against KU.

Do you think it was targeting?

Couple differences from Newton the wr is defenseless and the player launched himself.

To me the contact was upper chest but is close to the neck. I can see why it was targeting but it looked like a hard hit not directed at the head

Definitely targeting. Crown of the helmet hit the receiver’s face mask first. Not malicious, but that is how the rules are called.

UCLA would be running away with this if they didn’t have four turnovers and a doinked 25 yard FG. Their defense is impressive.
