Looks like we might have a decent team this year.

Talent is better than the last two years and coaching should be significantly improved.

Expecting good things. It's been a while since the women's team has had a lot to shout about. At least back to the early Theresa Grentz era.

If Rice and Kinslow return from injury and perform up to previous standards we should be improved. Still don't have any bigs, which will kill us in the B10.

Nice first class. I didn't know there was a local Urbana girl in the Top 100, also! Glad she's staying home.

Research is incomplete, but it is believed Nancy Panagiotopoulou Andritsopoulou has the longest last name in Illini athletics history.

I'm not seeing the 1st game show up on BTN Plus...one of the reason's I can justify paying is I get to watch WBB and vball as well.

Any thoughts?

Coach's box

Have they changed the coaching box? Fahey was down in front of the scorers on multiple occasions today.

No issues on my end!

Maybe it's time to update and run your anti-virus software?

The one talented freshman that committed to Illinois suited up for Maryland. Channise Lewis played 25 minutes, scored 10 points and handed out 4 assists in their opener.

24 point drubbing tonight

Something called Florida Gulf Coast beat us 85-61. This is a team that we beat last year by 9 points.

If Chicago State's women's team is anything like their men's team, I would consider this an "ugly" win (if you believe in that kind of thing).
