Seniors at today's photo shoot. No doubt @IlliniDesign will put these to good use. #Illini #B1G http://pic.twitter.com/dZoE9qK2

For some reason I thought Sam was thinner. From this picture looks like he will be able to mix it up inside this year.

I wasn't aware that Sam was that thick either. That can only bode well for us, no offense to former and/or current Illini, but I have always thought there needed to be a little meat on someones bones to get down and dirty with MSU, tOSU, and scUM.

They were in Europe last year. More reason to talk to the team. Also, maybe Groce is trying to keep a tight lid on things before kicking off the first year.

Jerseys are a "hot" orange and shoes are a light orange. Looks horrible. Also wish we would wear the "hot" orange socks on the court like the ones they wore during last years photoshoot.

What is with the orange creamsicle-colored shoes? They look like they go with this uniform:

Think it's just the lighting or maybe a photoshop filter. In the first pic they look pretty good.

Griffey looks taller.
Maybe it's because he's standing up and not sitting on the bench.
It's a good look for him!

I was pretty sure DJ set the record in that run last year, but could be wrong on that.

You're probably right.
Like a lot of other people here, I'm too lazy to look it up.
Chisholm may not have ever even had the record, but he did finish first his senior year.

Rayvonte Rice = Vincent Grier

Man that dude is huge.

Grier was such a nightmare. I hated when Illinois had to go up against that dude. Hopefully Rice has that same aggressive approach. Attack!
