Indiana Outlasts Illinois 83-79 in Double OT

The crowd was charged for Eric Gordon's visit to the Assembly Hall, but in the end it was the same story for Illinois: another lead lost, another loss. The Illini built up a 12-point lead in the 2nd half before IU chipped away to close the gap. Gordon led the Hoosiers with 19 including a long 3 to send the game to the first overtime. Demetri McCamey poured in 31 points for Illinois. Up next are roads games against Minnesota and Penn St. Recap. Game thread.
