Getting on a flight to Boston in a couple of hours and I still haven’t bought a ticket to the game. Hoping prices drop a little but definitely getting nervous given the game being 17 hours away 😳
Same.

Starting to look like these may not come down all that much. Very little movement since last night, was hoping to wake up to the bottom having dropped out.

Sorry if wrong thread...

I'm here in BOS so went over to Hurricanes last night to check it out. Interestingly, many of the bars around TDG are closed except when there's an event but the crew was prepping for tonight. Manager was super cool.

FWIW - my preliminary plan is to hang at Hurricanes through halftime of UConn-SDSU game and then head to my nosebleed seats. Look for me - I'll be the guy wearing Illini gear.

And if you have never eaten at any, and I mean any, of the Italian restaurants in the North End, you simply must do this. You will check off a life long item in your bucket list.
Very true

I highly recommend the Florentine Cafe, Mario's, Carmelina's, Davio's, or Ristorante Limoncello.

i just dined at Florentines 10 days ago, and the ragu was every bit as good as what I had in Sienna last fall . . . .

Ask me how I know . . .😉
I know what you mean. I have eaten at both Boston's Little Italy and in Sienna, Italy.

Sacrifice:
You can all thank me for my part when we will the National Championship on 4/8.

My in-person attendance record:
Losses Wins
Michigan 89 Minneapolis 89
Arizona 01
UNC 05 Rosemont 05
Loyola 21

In addition, as you can see from my avatar, I was at the 08 Rose Bowl showing additional evidence of my bad karma. I was at Game 3 of the 16 World Series (Cubs lost for you Cardinal fans) as well as the Bartman Game in 03.

Based on my long-standing multi-sport lack of success, a year ago I planned a trip to England to visit my daughter, followed by a 2 week cruise knowing when the tournament games were scheduled. You will all be happy to know I will be over the mid-Atlantic at tip-off on Thursday. I will be at sea during our 2 Final Four victories. I have done all I can to break my jinx on the team. I ask all of you to do what you can to help the team.
We thank you for your sacrifices this time.

Happy to hear about some Loyalty members being in Boston! Wear orange, and be loud. :) If not for a 3-month old, Mrs. Fighter and I would have pulled the trigger and gone this year ... for one, I have always wanted to visit Boston, AND this team is special and deserves to be followed around in the kind of droves we saw for the 2005 squad. Maybe once the in-laws are back from their month-long spring training vacation in Arizona/Vegas, we can guilt them into a weekend of babysitting while we head to Arizona for the Final Four.

Just pulled the trigger while waiting for my (hour delayed, thanks Southwest!) flight at MDW.

Prices did tick down a bit but they seem to be stabilizing now and I saw total listings are around 400 when they were well over 500 last night so it looks like the late buyers have arrived.

See you all at Hurricanes!

I’m about to board my flight in ORD. No tix purchased yet. Mad at myself because there was a first row seat in section 305 for $302 (including fees) and didnt pull the trigger. Now I’m hoping that something better comes when I land. I’ll be inside regardless and it’ll all be worth it! See you all at Hurricanes.

Was able to snag a set of row 1 in 313 for $370 per, all-in.

Granted basically same seats could’ve been had for $330 all-in a day or two ago but I’m not losing sleep over 40 bucks for something of this magnitude.

Daydreaming about what these Saturday prices would tank to if SDSU somehow bounces UConn.

On a short layover in Baltimore from FLL, and of course my flight is delayed but hoping to touch down by 2.30p, hotel by 3p, and be at Hurricanes around 4ish.

For what it's worth, I got my tickets a few days ago for $1,600 (Inc fees) for both games tonight AND the Saturday game. A bit aggressive but for 3 top games, I (barley) justified it, see you all soon. I-L-L!!

If anyone is here, I'm at the bar w the hot brunette and I look like an older/fatter Vin Diesel in an orange and buy Illinois jacket, come say Hey!
