I thought the question was asking what makes one city better than another (i.e not the same). Didn’t mean to make it sound like I was hating on Chambana so much. That said, Lexington is like 3x the size of Chambana so many of the things I mentioned are probably true, but it’s not like Lexington is a paragon of cosmopolitanality either.
My husband worked in Atlanta for a year. I stayed in Chicago while visiting on and off to o see if we really wanted/could afford to relocate. That job wasn't for him and Atlanta is now expensive af, so we stayed here.Doesn't matter if you don't have a job there...
Simple solution. Pay OA $100,000 less than the going rate for a stud assistant (say, 1.4 M), rent a Lake Shore condo for the family, Dana can live there all year and OA can commute during bb season and full time otherwise. Buy them two Amtrak yearly passes. so transportation is a breeze. Done deal.
