These guys didn’t give up. Whatever Underwood said at half-time, bottle it up and sell it. I wanted them to be rewarded for their perseverance and grit, but it wasn’t meant to be today. I think we beat them if we get them a third time in the BTT with a pro Illini crowd…

It was 8 points on 4 turnovers, I believe. Purdue had a double digit lead 2 and half minutes into the game.

You may be right, but the point still stands. You can't start the game with that many straight turnovers as a high major team. Full stop.

I was listening to the start of the game instead of watching. The vibe I got was that they were a bit deer in headlights
