Iowa states offense stinks so bad if we make jumpers we win tonight. They are really suffocating the lane need to screen harder and some back cuts to the rim. Defense is stout so far as well I just hope we can hold up in the championship moments.

Very good first 8 minutes. 32 to go. Taking care of the ball the rest of the way will be key. Iowa State seems to only be able to score in transition, especially after turnovers.

Been waiting to see this team start like this. Intense defense and opportune offense. ISU is a bit stunned...but they will persevere and start to score. If we can keep the sped up, they will not stay with this Illini team.

Look for them to use more shot clock.

I didn't think ISU would be playing so tight.. They are playing like they feel the pressure. Our Illini on the other hand are playing quite lose... almost to lose.. but rather have that then too tight.
