He's listed at 5'8" on 247. He better have elite athleticism at that height

When a young man, and Illinois native, like Brayden Trimble says “The U of I is what really sparked my interest in football.”, I wish him a long and productive career on the field in Memorial Stadium.
He should benefit too by the support from his family and friends who will have an easy trip to home games.

At that size, he's limited to playing nickel on passing downs and special teams. So depending on how Chase Canada progresses, he might be our fifth corner/backup nickel

Cox's PFF ratings are really good, better than Brooks. Similar type too, sure tackler. At worst he's a guy who raises the floor of the CB room and can play well in 150-200 snaps. At best, he's a starter.
